I haven’t done dry beans in a water bath canner when I water bath can anything it’s always a minimum of three hours on a roaring boil,, but that’s not an approved method as it is a low acid food. I would try one batch different beans and see how it works for you. Water bath canning is something I personally do but many are fearful so it’s what you’re comfortable with
I do mine beans that way too
I have a water bath canner. Will that work too? If so, how long do I can the beans? Thank you!
