Fat Biking Arizona Badlands

Back to AZ Badlands we go but this time we have 16 riders and most of them were new to this fat biking heaven. The terrain just blew their minds with its hard packed crumbly type canyon walls and unknown riding treasures around each corner. So much fun to share this unique area to friends of the Fat Biking community. Always looking forward to the next trip to see what sections have changed from the rains.

Good eye on that animal sighting. Those are actually wild burros out there. Pretty cool to see and very noisy at night.

I live in Phoenix. I want to get a fat bike but concerned about goat heads.

Goat heads are a concern but not nearly as much now with tubeless tire setups that we use.
