I did my research as Amazon has so many wandvac style of cleaners. Just to note I have had cheaper cordless units and they were rubbish! Complete waste of money, so don’t waste your time on them. The SHARK Cordless Wandvac is very very good at what it does. Don’t expect it to have the ability to clean your entire house as its not designed for that. It is designed to pick up those small jobs, quickly and easily with lots of power.

I've got the same stand up Shark and was eyeing the wandvac system off for exactly the use case you mentioned, not replacing the big vac, which I love, but just to do a quick touch up clean when I don't have time to do a thorough one.

Great.on laminate laminate flooring no good on carpets.
