I ordered a pillow from Emma which I didn't like (too firm for me) but it was a high-quality pillow. The main point though, returning it was a breeze. They sent a delivery courier to pick it up and I got my refund soon afterwards. I would try their (softer) products again, perhaps a mattress.
Aw glad you had a good experience! To be honest, I'm the same: memory foam or firm pillows aren't for me, but the mattress genuinely is great and it's what I now sleep on each night 🤗🫶🏻
