  • This video series will feature the chapter contributors from the Building an Antiracist Law School, Legal Academy, and Legal Profession book series sharing what their chapter is about and what the Antiracist Development Institute at Penn State Dickinson Law means to them.
    Keeshea Turner Roberts is an Assistant Professor of Law at Widener University Delaware Law School and chapter contributor to the Antiracist Teaching and Learning volume of the Building an Antiracist Law School, Legal Academy, and Legal Profession book series. Professor Turner Roberts wrote the chapter entitled, "Words Matters: The Conflict Between Professional Academic Freedom and the Implementation of DEI Policies in Today’s Law Schools." She examines the usage of language and how it can have negative, long-lasting impact on students, specifically, students of color.
