I love how you picked one of the actual SVT engineers to explain everything about the car. He mentioned things about it that I've not heard anyone else mention.
Great info and great car! After driving a 1st generation Fiesta back in 1978 (that car was a SCREAM!), this one is even better (so good that I bought one at the age of 54). For those who think that $26K is too much for a Fiesta, you need to drive this car. It has so much more performance than the economy-minded regular Fiestas.
Love mine molten orange too! , and 240bhp Revo package ! rather a bit of a rocketship ! and it was quick stock too !!, great video ! , should,ve mentioned those recaros are 2 stage heated :-)
Idk why but I'm in love with fiesta st , I've always driven euro hatchbacks and i never liked ford products till the focus rs which was designed but the ford Europe team just like this
I first wondered why he was using techinical language correctly ...until he said MORE camber when we are looking for less camber meaning more negative camber and more positive caster possibly; more camber means the outside part of the tire is getting worn which bothered me when the McPherson strut is not adjustable for camber or caster....I've asked often enough
I have a July 2016 ST seems in South Africa we only we the 3 door version 2 doors and no seat warmers its warm enough in Pretoria Afrique du Sud o t the way the country with the Springoks rugy world champions!
WTF? Only 4 colors available? Come on Ford. You could make every paint color you have available on every car for 0$ more so maybe give us a few more choices?
FalconXE302 i've had 65 coupe with top loader 4 speed for 37 years. my first car, 66coupe was 4 speed borg warner t10. second car was 66gt coupe four speed, power shifted that sucker just about half the time it was driven in 76 and 77. but at 58 yrs. old now and like to drink my coffee the auto seemed like a nice option. yea, i love the new st from what i have read... glad you like it. go ford!
Learn to drive a stick...if you really enjoy driving you'll never want an auto again. The auto has come a long way but nothing engages you more than a manual.

Trust me when I say, this is one fun car!!!
I drove one yesterday and haven't been able to stop thinking about it since.
this was GOOD! this engineer deserves much more video time!

Great review and great hatchback!! Go Ford
This was really good! Very informative, not sure if I could take a "performance" fiesta seriously, but this detail and info made me do so!
Nice job with the details.

white with black rims looks real good

What about the transmission lawsuits?
Doesn't matter if your Fiesta has a manual transmission. Rock solid.
i like it

more camber = more negative value = car rests on the inside part of the tire.
Depressing watching this in 2022. Ford doesn't even offer us cars any more.
197hp on overboost. 180hp off overboost. from what i believe
ah thanks ;)

Way better than a BRZzzzzzzzzzzz😪
untrue. 197bhp is the overboost feature.

Boring. Another video showing us everything we already know about the car. Want more views? Get it out on the road. Drive.
This was news when it came out in 2013.
