I had all of the problems you have but I had fixed all of them on mine. I think if you watch my review I explain it there but I’ll explain it here too. The wire that connects to the light in the taller pumpkin is way too short and pulls on the ghost when it pops up. What I did was move that light into the front pumpkin to give the wire more slack when the ghost pops up. (That’s also how the original 2009 models were with the two front pumpkins having lights) I also cut out one of the sandbags in the ghost just to make it easier to pop up but you don’t necessarily have to.
If you want to mess with all of it you can give it a shot, but a lot of swearing was involved when I fixed mine

Yeah I noticed the light string was pulling so I pulled it out of the pumpkin a little bit too so it wasn’t pulling on the ghost but he’s still struggling so I might try to take the sandbags out.

This sadly is Gemmys most faulty inflatable made aside from the 17ft haunted house

I have this and the only way to fix the ghost is to take the sand bag out of it the ghost will lean but inflates all the way up
