Laziness, indifference, lack of empathy? How could they let it get so bad? Neglect is a form of abuse. It's not right. Little white dog is a sweet cutie who can't talk for herself. Thank you, Damjan and Sanja, for ridding her of her awfully matted coat. Little one should feel good in her skin and free in her movements looking adorable as she is.
She looks at you like thank you, thank you. Thank you guys for helping this beautiful baby.
Can you just imagine what those dogs are thinking and feeling. The comfort they end up with. ❤❤❤thanks to both of you what a wonderful couple.

My husband found that same thing so one day he just decided to get in the shower with our dog and he was fine. A bit weird but as long as it works.
@@suzanneirving7257that's right. If the dog feels comfortable, secure and climbs in go for it. I had a long haired white cat that I took in the bath with me. If the trust is there and they need it then so be it.
Those mats are terrible so uncomfortable for the poor dog thank you Damjan and Sonja. can imagine the pull on their skin so painful

People can say that they can’t afford to get their dogs hair cut but I taught myself how by watching videos like this and bought a pair of scissors for pets and a cheap second hand pair of clippers. I had to because of covid and everything being closed . There are people who would help like Damjan and Sanja where ever you live. There is no excuse to let a dog get so matted that they are in pain. I love watching you both work. ❤❤❤
Editing this to say that I am disabled and do it while in my recliner with my dog on my lap

As a retired groomer those are some of the worst mats I’ve ever seen. Years ago I had a Cocker Spaniel that I had to use a 30 blade to free his ears from his coat he was such a mess. Bless you for taking in these neglected dogs and doing what you do. I just remember how happy that Cocker was to have his ears free. I’m sure every one of these dogs feel the same.

Is it the mother of the pup you groomed in last video? Both are very well-behaved. Their owner is very remiss in not grooming them, but I think he/she treats them well otherwise, they wouldnt be so trusting. Good work!

I know it’s not nice that the dogs ended up matted as they have. But I wonder what the circumstances at home are as the dogs seem clean,well fed, and are so sweet and well behaved that it isn’t just a case of neglected matted dogs. I think the owners need educating about how to maintain the sweet little dogs coats. I am not justifying anything by the way. It’s just this case seems slightly different to other matted dogs I have watched been groomed.

I don’t care how many problems people have you could take that dog and get it done before it got this bad and God bless you for taking your time and patience for doing this. I can’t believe what I watch sometimes. unbelievable the dog with the ticks was 😢 amazing you have nerves of steel. I can’t believe you take that long to do a dog. You have to love animals.😊

Regular brushing would help to prevent a dog getting into that condition. This is negligible and reminiscent of abusive owners
Why don’t anyone turn these owners in for neglect at least they might get a strong talking to for the health and welfare of their poor dog 🐶 they should be a shame of their self 😢😢😢😢

Why do you use the big clipper for the paw pads, instead of the small one, expecially for little dogs? wouldn't it be easier with the small one?

The dog probably won’t understand English and if he spoke to the dog we wouldn’t understand what he was saying and they both stroke the dog to reassure it.

That’s funny you said in the last video that the other dog in the carrier was the mother of the dog you were grooming and now you’re saying it’s her friend. Just thought it was a bit strange
I’ve never thought about this before but I bet the water soap mix that you have prepared earlier is shockingly cold when you put it on them. Because they just lost all of their fur ‘coat’ and then you put room temperature soap on them. 😢😢
