Unfortunately chickens from jockeys have different tags or whatever so they don't lay eggs 🥲

You can get bees from planting birch sapling from wandering trader and do the advancement

For variety and easier wood you should use nether wood too. Easy wood without having to bonemeal the azalea trees and they look really cool in builds.
