This video features a montage of one of Countdown Talent Co-ordinator Molly Meldrum's most memorable moments, the Countdown 100th episode, which has gone down in infamy in the annals of Australian television. While it is humorous watching Molly slowly go "under the weather" (he maintains he was given a spiked drink, though I'm sure he didn't help!), it is a testament to his professionalism and dedication that he persevered and continued on until he couldn't- he didn't conclude the episode. - Розваги

Molly was obsessed with Australian artists making it big overseas. He was single handedly responsible for the massive Australian music industry in the late 70s, 80s and early 90s
He was a tireless supporter.

I feel bad for Molly now. He's not completely there anymore (perhaps due to his accident and old age) and he's been in an incident or two over recent years that have made him look pretty silly. We'll all become senile at some stage, assuming we make it that far. The video is a good reminder of how Molly used to be in his prime.
