Great drama. Good story line, great actors, and sweet ending. No abusive relationship or stupid misunderstandings. The ML has dynamic facial & eye expressions. Ive seek other dramas he's been in and i love how he can go from very stoic or intimidating to playful and silly.
Loved it. I love that the FL was such a strong, independent woman. So strong that from the beginning, she wanted to divorce the richest man. Loved her role. Of course, I also loved the ML. Those eyes, WOW. Yes, perfectly played CEO role. Yet, so innocent in how to express his love. Beautiful couple. Great job. Loved grandma, too. Congrats to all. Just enough drama to be interesting.
This was better than ones I have seen recently. A strong FL; a ML who only sees what is morally right, not station or status; a great comical and witty banter between ML and FL; a loving dotty Grandma...the only thing this was missing was the "HOW"!!! I kinda would have liked the explanation on HOW they both got married and NEITHER remembers. That is a huge stretch...other than that, this was really enjoyable. Thank You. 😊
I really enjoyed this. The FL & ML were great. The build up of their relationship was believable & nice to see. Some dramas create almost inexplicable devotion, not so here. We can see every step they make towards each other. The relationship with the GM-in-law was so sincere. My favorite part was the hospital scene. The FL's pain & confusion at her sister's actions was so expertly done. Also her frustration & anger at her father for his refusal to accept his responsibility for his daughter being the way she is. Loved it. Well done
Absolutely loved this one - the third time I watched it. loved the interaction between the two main leads, and the ML is one of my favourite actors - he can be authoritative, gentle, romantic and so funny - the FL was perfect for the part !

The male lead isn't a good husband and secondly how can he be a good husband to his wife when he doesn't know he is married and when he is told that he is married and the female lead show him proof he doesn't believe it and he doesn't care to find out the truth if he is really married.

It is not so strange that he does not believe her, she only showed him a photocopy, or a printed sheet, it is not very difficult to take a real marriage certificate, scan it, edit it and then modify it with both of their data. Let's consider that one is supposed to know when one gets married. Except for cases such as amnesia due to trauma, or memory loss caused by excessive alcohol consumption, a person should remember that. Shakira recently suffered harassment from a madman who claimed to be her husband, I guess for the ML it was something similar, suddenly a woman appears out of nowhere saying that she is married to him. If I were her, seeing that he doesn't believe that we are married, I would tell him directly that I want a divorce, that would have at least caught his attention to start listening.

I have a different rake on that scene than you haha. FL wasn't being compassionate, based on her tone, but as a warning to 2FL. And it is very common use of that Chinese phrase as a warning/threat, but AI did give direct language translation.

I really love this couple! They look good together & they’re good actors! I did like the story but it felt a bit empty.. they needed a subplot too.. anything! just something to keep them busy & for them to do at the same time as this whole marriage/family drama is going on.. I think it would’ve made it even more enjoyable Also why did they decide to not explain how they got married without knowing? That was the whole point! It should’ve been answered in the end even if just briefly
cute, twist on the trope because as far as I know (skimmed some things) the illegitimate daughter doesn't get her identity uncovered as the "true" daughter like I always see. The FL's vests are uncovered pretty early on. And ML not abusive, not even the normal throat-choking (normal for C drama, my GOD). 8/10
According to SD you can marry on a whim, at any time, even through a stand in, when one is in a vegetative state, traveling or without any of the parts involved knowing. It seems that in China us very easy to marry.😅
The show is killer, the acting, editing, cast, production everything is great. Just wish that every three to five minutes they didn't have commercials, makes the whole thing almost unwatchable. None of my ad blockers work against them anymore.

I hate when that happens. If you grab me by the neck, hand, hair, ear or back without my consent/aggressively it will be only once, because I would leave you and avoid you like the plague.
