    Good vid bro. I honestly think 90% of people who started up a program lifting twice a week and running 4 times a week would make gains because most people do nothing to begin with and that would be a good enough stimulus for newbies, I think a lot of people see someone like you and think that’s what training has to be and then they go all in only to realize it’s too much and then they quit. Your a beast keep spreading the word💪

    Hi! Im currently preparing to run a half-marathon. I have already done that once like 4 months ago. At that time I was a lot skinnier and after completing the half-marathon I abandoned running and decided to hit the gym and bulk. Ive gaind like 10 kg and would love to maintain that weight and strength. What split would you recommend? Great vid btw
