Why lie about it being one take, you can see an edit at 1:55 in the original video (Watch the cabinet and window in the background, there is a line that forms on the window where the wipe cut was moved across the scene and you can see the cabinet move towards the window more than you can see the actual cut which starts by the door and ends at the right edge of the screen. You can also see the shadow being wiped away on the door). But it's still very well done, and I didn't spot any other edits throughout the video. You just needed him downstairs and didn't have a way to make that happen. You may as well say that you needed to do one edit to get him downstairs but that the rest is all one take because the rest of the video is spectacular and very well choreographed.
