The ring of fire is most likely Xbalanque and not Murata. Hoyoverse deleted their comics about Vanessa and Natlan from their official CN page. I believe they are retconing all the previous Natlan stuff. I kinda doubt Murata is still a thing.
If thats true that is super unfortunate. But retconing would go along with the overall vibe of Natlan, compared to what it originally was supposed to be.
