Naren 3 Phase Digital Starter Model DOLDS (Kannada Version)

This video explains the features, settings, connections and operation of Naren 3 Phase Digital Starter Model DOLDS Type LTMU1. This Starter is a DOL type starter available from 3HP to 7.5HP and 10HP Submersible Pumps.
This has built in Overload, Dry Run and Single Phase Protection along with 3 Phase Ammeter and Voltmeter with Trip Display and Trip Current Indication.
There are 5 types of this Starter based on the different Contactors used
Type LTMU1 - LTLK MU1 Contactor
Type LTMK1 - LTLK MK1 Contactor
Type BCH - BCH 4 Pole Contactor
Type N-CH - Naren make CH type Contactor
Type N-MK1 - Naren Make ML1 Type Contactor

How does auto start work in dry run and over load situation?
Auto start keeps starting motor again after dry run OFF and it's endless loop (dead lock).
You should provide timer delay ( to be set manually) which waits for that time after dry run and over load and later after the delay it again should try to start motor using auto start.

Sir, the auto start works in the other manner. It just presses and holds the ON push button for 5 seconds. Hence, the motor then continues to run with the help of holding Contactor. Hence, in case of error, the motor will be turned OFF.
Again after the power supply is resumed, the auto start again turns ON the motor (pressing the button for 5 seconds). In this case the holding contact (which is connected through the MPR) holds only if the error condition is cleared else will be open thereby not allowing the motor to run.
