I got the Flair Signature just last week... in fact, exactly a week ago! I was this close to buying an electric espresso machine, but decided on going manual and electricity-free at the last minute. My only slight regret is not buying the Flair Pro 2, as the yield would've been a bit higher. Still, I'm happy with my machine, and am learning lots about how to dial in espresso!
@@FlairEspresso HELLO, CAN THIS MACHINE MAKE DOUBLE ESPRESSO OR IS THERE ANY OTHER MODEL THAT CAN MAKE. ALSO, IS THE TEMPERATURE OF THE ESPRESSON ELECTED HIGH?
I've had a Flair Pro 2 as used in this video since the early months of the pandemic. It is my first piece of espresso equipment alongside a Kinu grinder. It has been a fantastic learning tool as described in the well done video. The comment on the need for a proper grinder can't be under stated. Thanks for the video I always learn something from these and is a concise summary of espresso brewing with this product. In my humble opinion.
@@clubmate12 Sorry for the late reply it’s the M47 Simplicity. I’m very happy with it. It exudes German craftsmanship, very solid with infinite adjustment to achieve the necessary grind. I find with the typical medium roasts it requires at least 2 and a half full turns from it’s finest grind setting to start with for dialling in the grind. It weighs almost a full kilogram. Good luck with your search and coffee adventures.
@@robertjurcina7055 Thanks, Robert! I am still undecided between the Kinu M47 (Simplicity or Classic) and the Option-O Remi. They are both beautifully built.
Dense body of information with pleasant crema on top. Just make me appreciate more my choice of recently buying a Flair Pro 2. I even use the same cheap but reliable scale. Thanks !
Hello, Moka pot user here to ask a question as I'm about to buy a flair. She stated you may even need to adjust the grind daily as the coffee ages even with the same coffee. So does that mean for a daily driver I will have to waste a cup of two every day or so ? That seems excessively wasteful. Any advice ?
Just search "collapsible silicone funnel" on your favorite online marketplaces. Look for one with a diameter just larger than the opening on your kettle
Ive been using pro2 but the way you waste coffee in your intro made me question the way i brew, will it make my espresso yummy if i waste coffee all around???🤔🤔🤔🤔
Felicidades Martu, que excelente video en esta plataforma global. Blessing to you from NIcaragua!
¡Qué videaso te mandaste Martu, felicitaciones!

Awesome! Rest assured, the espresso from your Signature is just as good!

In my experience don't ever go over 7 bar for a light roast. In fact Im usually only hit 6 bar these days and producing really sweet shots.
Entendí todooooo. No aguanto la ansiedad por tener mi flair2
Hola! Que tal te fué?
@@davidcordoba6359 es un lujo. El espresso sale idéntico al de una cafetería
i had my 7 gm in 12 gm out today from my flair, felt happy. Espresso has less caffeine and is the best tasting compared to any other method.
7 gm in 12 gm out? 😯
How'd you manage to get a 7g dose? Is there a Flair model that allows for that?
@@stan4620 I have classic and grind izpresso jx pro at 0.9.0 . Basket gets filled by slightly more than half

Does Flair sell that rubber funnel for the kettle do you have a link for it?

What scale is that?
I don't think theres a particular brand for it. You can typically find it on amazon under lots of different names
Goes by many names. Joefrex, Weightman and a few others. Part attention to button placement and accuracy rating
Nice mustache
Chulada de video, chulada de cafetera y... chulada de mujer. Saludos
