They let you start the cars and the put them in drive before they go up for auction? Most definitely wouldn’t have caught that if they didn’t let you start it.

Maybe no oil in transmission too. Did you check?

Thanks for the comment . I didn’t check the oil, I figured the transmission was toasted after not engaging in gear. If that was the case and it just needed oil. Someone got a deal , car sold for $900
