The Jewel is open to everyone.. It's not a terminal itself. Not sure how you can ride the trains through it unless you are checked in for a flight. Have just been fortunate to experience it on my way home to England... Stopped over in Singapore for 3 nights

Hi Maxson, which SkyTrain service is this? As in from which terminal to which terminal? Pls reply I would appreciate it greatly

It's one of the two airside services between Terminal 2 and 3. Although the 3rd car is empty, presumably for landside services in the future? I'm not too sure.

I think the third car could be used to store baggages for their flights.
