18:03 I cannot express myself enough about how much this certain piece of advice is helping me right now. I have wanted to be an actress for a long time and every time I watch a movie or a show, I feel drained. I feel like I will NEVER achieve what the actors and actresses there have achieved. Another thing that doesn’t make the situation any better is that NO ONE believes I will achieve what I want. Acting is the reason for most of my mental breakdowns but I love it so much and I want to think that I CAN DO IT! So, thank you Erika. Now I feel seen. 💖

There was a time when I had been so invested in comparing myself with others that I forgot that it is important to remember that everyone has unique features and that beauty is subjective. Anyone who's going through a similar phase or has gone through it, please focus on accepting and loving yourself as you are rather than striving for an ideal that may not be realistic or healthy.
