As I’ve said Poch is a good manager at bringing out the best from young players and he’s going to be with us next season and I’m sure we will be pushing for top 4 but he’s not the man to mold this squad into Prem and CL contenders. I hope he starts Silva on Sunday and gives him the arm band.
