a lot of the characters are clearly modelled after their voice actors as well. looks that way at least IMO.

This is great, Colleen Clinkenbeard, Chris Rager, and Michael J. Tatum are all great voice actors and do amazing voices in anime. I was actually suprised how many great voice actors they got for BL2, not to mention using staff members as well.

The guy voicing Krieg is also the guy voicing Beerus. Better yet: There are MANY voice actors from Dragonball series voicing Borderlands characters. The guy voicing Jack is also Cell :D
I love how Hercule from Dragon Ball Z is Mr. Torgue. It just fits too damn well.

I love how most of the characters they voice have similar facial features or eye colour to their actual appearances.

Very cool. Some of these voice actors also appear to have been the inspiration for the faces of their in game counterparts too. At least to me Handsome Jack and Tiny Tina share some resemblance to their actors.

I thought Jen Taylor (Cortana) was the voice actor for half the women in this game for some reason.
For people asking about Krieg he is voiced by Jason Douglas; also he was released on May 14th, 2013 as a DLC but this video was made February 16 2013 and that's the main reason why he is not in this video.~TKG

There's a lot of people who do voices for One Piece as well, Ussop does some psychos, Arlong is Torgue, Luffy is Tannis/Lillith, Nami is Gaige, Sanji is Bewm, Robin is Lynchwood Sherrif, Zoro is Sledge/Bandit/InnuendoBot,Moxxi is Chopper(that's interesting) that's a lot of quality VA's right there.
