You want a bigger pot for your pineapple and drainage holes in the bottom. Thats your first step. Pineapples are heavy so you also want to tie it to a stake to keep it up. Don't water it too much, they like to be fairly dry and if the temp goes below 60 degrees bring it inside or it won't get very big.
