the ending music caught me off guard, I thought a pidgeon must have gotten into my house lol
Never really stopped to think how much the Minecraft villager sounds like a pigeon. Now I can't unhear it...
With 1 charisma you can't have companions in Fallout 2, the formula for amount of companions in party is charisma divided by 2 rounded down.
Also: In Den there are 2 merchants you didn't seem to have found, and there were few sidequests. Great video though, reminds me a bit (minus childkiller part) of my own first playthrough in 2006 or 2007.

It's almost like that scene in "Last Action Hero", when Benedict finds himself in real life New York :D

You see unlike Fallout towns in sequal are meant to be visited multiple times during playthrough. Things like Toxic Cave's bunker level, duel with slave gang are meant to get done after you are strong enough. To get to Toxic Caves you need electronick lockpick that you can get in Vault City Vault or New Reno. You can't do everything at once. You also menaged to play this game on brutal difficullty by having childkiller title. Normally that's instant game reload.
Heheh! I had a feeling it would become the Low charisma + childkiller run, here we go... Little more challenge like in the Warlord Joe days. Still, you can do it despite the Bounty Hunters. Once you start getting better guns and armor, it'll be alright. One companion would be nice though... By the way, you can use numberkeys 1-8 for the eight skills. Makes spamming Lockpick etc. that much more faster.
That's handy information. Now I'll be able to increase my spamming ten fold!
lol Warlord Joe playthrough was definitely rough with low intelligence, but now his grandson is a child killer. What a family haha

Oh man, the second you killed that child I knew you were gonna get that Childkiller perk. By the way, companions aren't joining you because you have a charisma of 1 so if you have any items that can increase charisma you can take those and then get them to join you.
I don't understand why people have a problem with a fully grown man in combat armour shooting 3 unarmed children that were running away.
In fairness, two of them tried to throw hands before realizing they bit off more than they could chew

While he did destroy a homeless encampment of women and children, he did also free slaves of women and children. I suppose he's forgiven.
At the end of the day, I saved more innocents than I killed, so that should account for something
Despite the title I think it's going much better than Fallout 1. Looking forward to seeing more!
Thats the fun thing about Fallout, going in blind is going to get you into trouble youd never fathom in any other game.
Youre a child killing slave freeing fumbler whose moral spectrum is chaotic and all over the place. You can probably get by like this, but itll be HARD.
Never any problem with making a new character to start again either, if you do I recommend the latest version of the Restoration Project to address a ton of bugs and stability issues.
