Zambelli Horizontal Press

A complete rundown of the features and operation of the Zambelli PN-Zeta TOP Horizontal Pneumatic Press.
The PN-Z TOP is constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Through a soft and gentle pressing of the membrane, the Pneumatic Press has the ability to extract juice from whole grape clusters, destemmed whole grapes, and fermented and/or crushed grapes. The Axial Intake Port contains a pressure sensor, which controls the user's must pump, enabling precise fill levels and prevents over filling.
The control board features a touch-screen PLC unit, pre-loaded with 3 automatic Classic fill modes (Normal, Slow, & Rapid); and 15 programable Classic, Special, & Mix fill modes. Each mode allows the user to set the number of Phases, Cycles, Maximum Pressure, Delta, Pressing Time, and Drum Rotations.
The PN-ZETA TOP features a sliding collection hopper for juice and skins, with an an electric float system to power the user's transfer pump to prevent dry running.
