    Good one. I practiced this along with chair pose today morning. Keep posting new asanas. I myself know asanas but I watch for new asanas here to do them also. Keep going

      This asana has to be done only at one side as shown? Or we need to repeat on other side also?

      Your knees should not feel any pressure. Bring your weight only on to your thighs and not on your knees. Keep practicing. :)
