Josh and this band lift her up to a whole other level. It's not just backing, I think that she's more relaxed and is opening up more. They just keep getting better by the day.
Sorry for the language but FUCK ME! How does she do it? This song is off (and hopefully never in) the charts for depth and poetic meaning. I'm in tears on a bus in London. This damn woman has got me!
She (and they) are an unbelievable talent, for sure. Thank you for watching all the way from London❤️
Yup..I got got, too. Again.
🩷🤗
I’m not in tears or a bus but I’m in the UK,Sierra’s the real deal.👍
Co- write with Oliver Bates Craven
God she's so good. She's bringing back that classic Nashville style. One mic, no drummer. It's just awesome.
Thanks, RealBrent,MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!
I feel really fortunate to be alive to enjoy her stuff.
She is her own art form...extraordinary.
In this insane world Ms Ferrell gives me peace.
She is beautiful true to her music and herself. Her costumes are as much a gift as her voice. She doesn't sell herself to No Class Outfits that most perform in today. Thank you Sierra. 💐❤️🌹💯
She's the best singer around today ❤❤❤
Objectively speaking…That is hard to disagree with!
I have been keeping a beady eye on this young lady since I saw her debut on Western AF several years ago. She is one of a kind, a pure unique talent. God bless her, and may her star continue to rise. ❤
I like how she's refined this one and also sharing the mic in traditional Bluegrass style , Same with Snakes , There's a really vaudevillian version I like and The Bottle, wow
I love this song so much, it's one of my favorite songs that she does live! I luv it when Oliver & Josh sing with her 🥰🥰
It’s my favorite as well, and also when they sing with her. She’s got herself a solid band backing her up and she allows them to shine right along with her!
Also, I just realized you’re responsible for some of my favorite photographs of her! Love your work so much! Thank you for capturing her in your special light.
@@MusicCityMavenreally!! 😭 thank you so much 🙏 ❤ that makes my soul feel good!!
She's my favorite artist in a long time....she deserves so much more recognition than she is getting. I have seen her twice...just unbelievable live.
Bluegrass with a retro country voice. Perfect.
This isn't bluegrass. People hear an ensamble of acoustic string instruments and just think that's what bluegrass means; bluegrass is a specific genre of folk music which was born out of old time music and different mountain traditions from the appalacian region. This is folk Americana which was also born out of the old time tradition.
I am more than a little obsessed with this song
Her voice is ethereal and the band lifts her up in a manner I have not seen before. Absolutely sublime.
I was so thrilled to be at this show. It was superb!
THANK you Crystal. This is my favorite Sierra song for about the past 9 months, ever since I first heard it
You’re welcome! Miss you, Mike. I never rewatch the videos I take but I do like to make sure the sound is ok and not muffled. I watched this video 7 times because they are pure perfection. She has a Loretta Lynn aura about her in this one. So in love!
I can’t get enough of this song!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Goosebumps !!!!!
I only played this song about 80 times ...I especially value the stank Faces from Sierra & the guitarplayer !
I play all her songs over and over again. She's a gift.
Wow. Beautiful.
It was hands down the best song of the night for me😭❤️
She is a keeper.
Wow.
Just, wow. And that ending! Phenomenal.
There is nobody within a country mile of Sierra in terms of authenticity and originality. She is a true phenom.
Great talent!
Amazing talent. Adore her.
She is amazing
Nice to see and hear Real Country Music being played at the Ryman once more .
Thank you, Sierra. It’s simply music, but especially yours that keeps me forging forward. You’re an inspiration on so many levels…. Love you and all the uniqueness you bring to this world. Never give up!
Yeah boy ...that's how you sing country love your work bub keep em coming
Music from the heart and soul!
Damn it's good to see some good new music like this!👍
Honey for the soul ...bliss.
She effortlessly exudes the essential talent and quality of Loretta L., Patsy K., Dolly P. and Linda R., etc., ... all rolled into one supreme presence.
I always thought if Janis Joplin and Loretta Lynn
Y’all break my heart and heal it again with your soul! Thank you!❤❤❤❤
The voice of an angel. Very few voices can make time stand still for a while and for get all your troubles
The real deal. Beautiful
I love this. Some of her costumes are a little crazy these days but Sierra's music and performances are fabulous.
To entertain ❤🎉❤
WOW!
THANK YOU FOR POSTING
Chills.
3:55 I had a feeling she was only giving us a small peak of what her range is !
❤❤❤
Amen
Thats a hell of a getup thar
regretfully i kinda agree. discovered her in the last year couple of years. totally enamored with her amazing voice and presence. but also by her simple and cute appearance. i shared her fashion sense a lot and got a nose ring because of her. i beat her to the ink. i just loved her. but she has definitely been changing. the voice and songs and talent is still amazing but the costumes are not necessary. too much now. distraction from her immense talent. i am seeing her in hollywood in 2 weeks. excited to see her, but kinda scared too. love her and wish her the best. just be careful girl.
I don't think this costume or the moth one from the same evening were good. Or the Jimmy Kimmel one (which had the same pink arm things used here). But most other ones I like. But I get your point. Not to become too gimmicky or distracting
@@jonstern7511 @cindyhavey1497 I can see why one would have this opinion, but Sierra is a true artist and I love that she is such a free spirit to dress how she wants to...without thinking what others would say about her. I'd be more concerned if she had a stylist or "slicked" up her look to fit in with any other music (or Hollywood) celebrity. Maybe as she ages, she'll wear more "normal" clothes, but I love that she's so comfortable in her own skin and being to wear what she does. I mean, clothing is art, after all. Why do we all wear what we wear? Often it's because it's what's available in stores and mass produced, and what our friends or people in media wear. She's gonna be fine, especially with the seasoned gentleman musicians accompanying her.
@@lndigobunting I get your comment and do agree. She is a free spirit and will be fine and I too wouldn't want her to be manicured and like everyone else. My personal feeling though is still that anything over gimmicky or with attachments to her body like flapping wings is unnecessary and a bit of a distraction whereas great clothes and outfits don't. So I preferred Ryman night 2 looks to this night 1. Elton John when he started had outrageous costumes that perhaps helped get him noticed but that could be seen as a distraction and he later dropped. Anyway, as you say it really doesn't matter. She's doing fine and will continue to!
Holy fuckah 🤌🏽
Serving Webb Pierce magic
🎉🎉🎉
Let me be terse, sweet baby Jesus baby girl.
I was friends with friends of hers. They played music on my sister’s front porch, years ago. I remember her with a PBR in her hand, with her guitar on her lap & wearing a baggy T shirt & cut offs while barefooted.I don’t know what the fuck she’s wearing now! I don’t recognize her.
please see my above post. how fortunate for you to see her in the beginning. i am so amazed from beginning to present. love her. the band and the overall production have both really expanded,. drummer adds a lot. mix of originals and covers is awesome. just think she needs to pump the brakes a bit and take a deep breath
I think it's so beautiful to see artists evolve!
Amazing power and talent, but the costumes are too much, and are just a distraction.
I agree. It is a turn off. It’s not like she has a beautiful body. Not to be rude, just honest.
I dont much care for the costumes, tho a huge amount of effort must go into them..but hey, with that voice she could easily get away with a burlap sack and mis-matched sneakers. It's Sierra and I guess the costumes are just her...quirkey
