Residual Tumor In Cavernous Sinus

Residual GH producing pituitary adenoma in right cavernous sinus.

Has this patient been followed up with radiation? I was told by my neurosurgeon that because my tumor is big and invaded the cavernous sinus, that he won't be able to get it all, but will follow up with radiation aprox 3 months post surgery.
