Hi guys, happy new year! In this video, I will be opening 2 Studio Ghibli bags! Let me know which bag is your fave!

Japanese lucky bags (also known as Fukubukuro) are released every first week of January (January 1 onwards haha). Some bags get sold out very fast and people really line up for this. You could say that it is like a Japanese tradition every new year. I recommend searching for Fukubukuro news as early as December to preorder / have an idea which brands to get for the following year.

I preferred bag 2. Bag 1 was also awesome and I wouldn't mind it at all. It's just that bag 2 had the water bottle and tote, which are good every day items. Bag 1 did have the lunch bag, but the glass case isn't a useable every day item.
Just my thoughts on it!

If there are one lucky bag I am envious of not being able to get, it is the Ghibli ones.
I liked the first bag best, but both had items I could see myself use.
I like when the lucky bag bags actually looks like something one would want to keep and use.
Getting duplicate items are less fun but hey, now you got matching his and her towels. ^^
