The fact that people are still complaining with his revamp and blamed Moonton for it when it turns out it was there fault for voting him at last year reforge of legends event.
Edit: NGL I kinda agree who commented in my comment. Moonton is also at fault for making an event like this when most of the time they vote it without reading on how it works. And I hope this event is only for high rank players to vote because we know which hero is struggling to fit in the META or not.

Granger's playstyle was already very unique to him and trying to revamp that kind of playstyle is very difficult imo so people who are hating on moonton for this revamp can probably cut them a bit of slack cause trying to change the playstyle of a hero that already unique to them can be pretty difficult and this is still experimental its not like its the final version of Granger's revamp so lets try giving them suggestions on how they can improve on this revamp instead of just hating on them.
Cancel the revamp, and buff his dmg scaling on his first skill.

the pistol feels and bulk dmg feels of each bullet in first skill and basic attack will be gone, it was the reason why i liked his playstyle. you can really feel it is a handgun, now more like an smg in handgun form

a good revamp for him would be to increase the number of crit bullets by 1 every five levels bringing the max number to 3 and making the dash reload 2 extra crit bullets, and balancing the damage of those bullets making them do 180% or 170% or 160%.
i think that's also good, but the main weakness is not his dmg output but rather enemy can easily sidestep his bullets so a movement boost and cc immune/non cancel first skill will be good as little cc can cancel his first skill n counter his first skill easily. And for his ult a stack of three with the same dmg will be good so that we won't have to wait 45-30s everytime we use one bullet and waste the other two. This is my honest opinion on this matter

I will miss his violin sound during 1st skill
Speed hitter is kinda slightly easy to counter than heavy hitter. So this Granger become easy to use but hit lightly like what happened on Frea.
What's good about his revamp is his ult that has no cd that you can use it to detect enemies hiding in the bush

yeah that's the problem with this revamp, that makes him too good, giving vision n damage wherever he wants with no consequences. They can make it like a stack version like in valir 1st and clint ult, give him his three bullets dmg and everything remains unchanged from original server, first skill give cc immunity since it is very easy to counter with even slight cc or make the skill unstoppable like dyroth ult

They made Granger similar to Hayate from AOT and MM from HOK (Forgot name but his skills was exact copy of Hayate).

There's a possibility that they'll make his Skill 1 count as Basic Atk if nerf they his skill 1 damage gained from Equipments like Hunter strike etc. to balance his performance in the future bcoz he seems overpowered.

Ultimate (Odette ult immune to interruption) is different than a skill.

What makes this revamp Granger better than the current Granger is that you can stop and recast your 1st skill in the direction the enemy is going. 2: You can cast your ult while his 1st skill is still active. 3: You can use ultimate and do not need to waste 1 to 2 more bullets if the enemy dies. 4: His clip or magazine got increased to 10 bullets. 5: He can now ALSO be used in gold lane. 6: He has better late games. And more.
Before you complain about it, how about you play him?

The fact that he gets scarier in late game now like cecilion due to his stack. Not to mention his ult is very far unlike most mages that makes him very broken. He can spammed ult in late game quite often as a poke and run too
The only problem? Damage is significantly weaker.

Granger’s problem in OG mostly revolved on mobility but no issue on damage. Here not only the mobility remains an issue but also the damage is has severely tanked. This video is already big proof enough that the only benefit you get is just skill spam.
Any why mobility? Granger used to dash twice since 1st skill used to reduce 2nd skill CD to dash again. However, now that 1st skill can’t reset 2nd skill, he now relies on Flicker to gain more distance if he needs to. And Ice Retribution is now less effective when attempting to run away if Granger gets slowed.
@@leonmystique9372 u forgot the free dash on ult and first skill movement speed boost and that his ult is a free bush check, so his ult is like novaria second skill with dmg nerf but it is still useful in multiple situations.

Had a chance to try Revamped Granger om Advance Server. Turns out he's still the same, just faster skills. Although I do hate his ult doesn't have the HP based damage anymore, overall it's pretty much the same. His weakness is still the same. The good thing is that he can be used on the Gold Lane now.

He's way too overpowered, that ultimate without a cool down is insane. You can check bushes as much as you want and steal buffs and kill low hp enemies really easily. You can easily tell if a hero is overpowered when you can play them in any role, and similar to the initial suyou, granger is still in that overpowered all lane hero stage.

As a Granger main for years I'm excited and worried for this, he looks like he sticks to gold lane now but I've been using him for jungle. No more crit on the last bullet but it makes of for no cool down for his ult. Then again I love Granger for his unique play style and story. I just hope they make this revamp worth it.

Tbh, if people want Granger to enter meta status, this is the start. Even though people will say that "UnIqUeNeSS" and "fUn" is gone, if you say that ranked and meta matters, then this is a good revamp and will get Granger meta.

But uniqueness and fun ARE the fundamentals of a hero. A hero can be so strong that it can just push one button and win the game, but does that make it fun? Does that make it unique in the midst of over 100+ heroes? This revamp is shit, not because it's weak, but because it's strong. Granger didn't need all this just a buff here and there and all would've been More than good

Bro Granger haven't been used in any tournaments for 4 years now. Even Moskov and claude are Mera Granger haven't been meta for the last 4 years. And don't say that red bullet was that important. Granger dmg is still insane. Dou
you even know what weakness Granger has? Lemme tell you then. His first skill can be easily cancelled or stopped by cc. Now after revamp even if he gets cc it doesn't matter cause there is no cd for the skill. The red bullet combo is not efficient in higher ranks cause you use your dash skill to enhance its dmg and if you won't be able to kill the enemy, the burst assassins these days will kill you . Granger's survivability is shit. While using ult you are vulnerable to everything. And if you don't hit the ult in those 3 alloted bullets, you are done for. And when wait for 30+ seconds while enemy runs away or kills you. Or if you cancel then ult you'll have to wait again for the cd. After revamp cc won't matter cause he's not supposed to fire 3 bullets at the same time. And low hp enemies won't have a chance to run away cause you've got like 10,15,20 ults depending on your stacks. And if you're telling me that the 3 ults bullets which can deal a max of 5.7k dmg combined, is higher than 15-20 ults with each ult doing 1.5k dmg, you're a fool. Cause late game full burst dmg with 500-600 stacks. You'll be a monster. And FIRST skil of Granger right now deals around 14k dmg. But after revamp it'll do way more. Why? Cause in full burst dmg at once he shoots 10 bullets that'll deal around 8k dmg but in late game you can continuously spam the first skill atleast 7-8 times with 600 stacks. Now see how much dmg is that. And again CD reduction of items will be converted to 2.5 dmg. I calculated and 40% cd reduction will give Granger an extra 100 physical attack. This is insanely powerful. While keeping his playstyle 95% same. Only red bullet was removed. Everything is same. His first skill was spamable before and his ult is used the same way, only it can be spammed more now. And lemme tell you what hp based dmg means. Hp based dmg means dmg you enemy with hp more than 40% will be negligible. But now dmg to full hp enemy will be huge. But it'll remain the same for low hp. Don't just yap before knowing anything.

@@thebuckstar1162 as I said. Overall he can give way more dmg now. He can inflict way more dmg and that too continuously for a longer period. His early game isn't as strong in terms of farming in jungle. But his mid game and late game are extremely better than before. Even early game is better if you manage to consistently get blue buff. And he's a better gold laner now, with way more survivability and better minion clearing ability
For 1st skill total dmg decrease a bit cuz now it can be spammed, while ult lost its lost hp scaling but can be spammed

Issues with Revamped Granger:
1. His passive can be easily griefed if your teammates steal the last hit, intentionally or not (even if it's your roamer)
2. Enemies can easily prevent you from last hitting minions by body blocking (and gets zero stacks)
1. You can still gain stacks if you have assist.
That’s all the counterpoints tho, this Granger is just not that great compared to what he used to be.

The crazy thing is that it's really easy to stack his passive it seems. 600 stacks in 15 minutes is crazy.
The downside? The lack of burst in early.
