I'm going for the halogen as it's glass. The convection oven interiors are either aluminum or teflon type coating which are not good for my body or brain.
I go for the halogen all because of Thanksgiving or X-mas turkeys. I would like one so I can ignore my kitchen oven and it's a good backup for my air fryer. Yeah, so if I got the 3 lbs turkey then I'll use my other air fryer and if wal mart or another store won't have it and I end up getting a bigger turkey then I would use the halogen oven instead.

The Answer is Halogen. For lots of reasons. Firstly being you are cooking with Light. and as we all know: Light is fire. The food tastes like it has been exposed to a fire which is good. a conventional oven cannot produce the results of a halogen oven but a halogen oven can outperform a conventional oven. skip the video and read this instead. its faster.

I've got the DecoSonic Convection Roaster which looks just like a Halogen but without the bright light.
