I find it awesome how Valheim is able to garnish millions of views just from people showing off house builds.
They don't even need to learn any other aspect of the game because most people could care less about all the
other aspects of the game. That's not to take away from the overall experience of the game either! Valheim is
quite literally a masterpiece of a game. Especially at only $20 dollars. Even if all you wanted to do was jump
into the game to treat it like Minecraft and just build, you could easily do that, and STILL have hundreds if not
thousands of hours of fun building whatever you can come up with.
Love your building series. How about add the HD Overhaul mod to see this visually in HD.
Your beautiful work has inspiried me to take my time on the toilet.

I wish this was more how to then just you putting up the house because outside on the foundation layout there are no instructions and it's near impossible to follow the vid to achieve the same building
Well, he has videos where he explains every step, but I was able to recreate this build without instructions (and without flying). I paused the video and re-watched some parts if necessary. What I still can't build are those customized wood pillars, even after watching Versaugh build numerous ones. And this design has a little flaw. The hearth is in the back of the building and has not a proper chimney, I'm not quite done yet but I don't know if the fire will stay lit that way. And I believe the bed is too far away from the hearth to be slept in it. So if one would like to use the building as an actual "home" there would be a need of a little bit of adjustments to make.
When you did the Mage Tower looking type roofs did you have to manually place the roof shingles?
I'm fairly new to Valheim (only 40 hours played so far), and as you've guessed, all my builds so far
look like construction warehouses and boxed commercial buildings. I've been on UA-cam all week
trying to learn some tips from videos like these so I can hopefully apply them to my own builds and
NOT have my houses look like 8 year olds with down syndrome were the ones that built them. But
who am I kidding? 8 year olds with down syndrome would do a much better job than I have thus far.

What is that item with the chains on the bottom shelf (to the right of the wraith trophy robes and below the chests)? I cant figure it out for the life of me...
