- Colin and Bo sit down with Josiah Hoeflinger (vocals) and Kaleb Perdue (bass) from the infamous and modern era-defining hardcore band Criminal Instinct live at FYA Fest 2023.
They discuss the early days of CI and 2000s/2010s hardcore in Atlanta which was comprised of stealing, burning stuff, breaking stuff, spitting, defacing stuff, burning stuff, all that other good stuff.

Two hilarious things I remember seeing on IG/Twitter during the whole Tinder scam:
1. His friend who owned a coffee shop tweeted that some dude came in insisting they had talked on Tinder the night before and had scheduled a date at the coffeeshop. She later realized it was cause Josiah used her name and photo. EDIT: he did not use her name, he kept "Erica" and the dude kept calling her Erica, that was how she knew, I think.
2. One guy's opening line was "I'm reporting Yelp for not having you as one of their Top 10 places to eat out in LA". Josiah's response was "Hahaha that's clever. If you buy me Popeye's we can totally bang after". Next photo on his story was him eating Popeye's.

I remember seeing them play a few songs in ATL in 2012. I believe it was Fire & Ice, Backtrack, TUI and Naysayer was supposed to play but didn’t make it. CI played a couple songs to fill in for Naysayer maybe?
