Holaaa muchas gracias x tus palabras realmente hacen mucho bien, en ll personal deje el karate mas de 10 años volvi a entrenar este año tengo 29 años d edad y m cuesta mucho recuperar la confianza m veo muy inferior al resto d mis compañeros. Pero como decis vos es verdad q si uno no cree en uno mismo nadie lo hara y q todos somos de carne y hueso e iguales!! DIOS T BENDIGA GRACIAS X TUS PALABRAS Y VIDEOS!!! OSS
