I remember when I was around 7 or 8 years old, I developed this thought or belief that when we are born into this world, we fall into a deep sleep, and our whole life, everything we experience we actually dream in our dream. When we wake up, is when we die and transfer into another world. When I was younger I thought “dying” meant stop living- in the context of the above statement- but now, I think what popped up in my head as a though many moons ago, “dying” means awakening. For years I had this thought in the back of my head and could never make sense of it. I even wrote an essay on it for school in grade 9 or 10, but my teacher did not believe that that was my thought or personal concept. Anyway, long story short, every time I hear Eckhart say “dreaming, dreamer, ...” that original thought pops up in my head, and I get the feeling that it is trying to tell me something, to show me something, but I fail to recognize its meaning every time. Any thoughts? Any light on the matter? I keep feeling as if I am missing the point of my own self!

That was deep! I am the light. There is no light outside of me. I must know myself. I must introspect, look within. Actually, Jesus quotes the ancient scriptures saying, "Ye are gods." All while being gods, we are also emanations, expressions of god in a unique, differentiating way. That we are gods means that we are creators drawing from within, rooted in oneness. Our fundamental beingness is god. Until we become conscious, we are egos. To be conscious is to realize that I am not subject to that, but that I am the creator of that.
To my Amazement I've woken up from a deep sleep 2x to 11:11!!!! It never happened to me til now. THEN the very next time I looked at the clock it was 1:11! HI GOD🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
That's why it's no ones fault because look to how we were taught in school, nothing of the sort. That is why so many do not know who they really are.
