I have this exact watch purchased for $20.00 on Amazon. I collect watches and probably have about 40 watches ranging from $20.00‐$850.00. This watch has been my most used even over my 5 or 6 g-shock, tough solar & Edifice Casio models. Although not a g-shock I have beat this watch for a solid 3 years in the oilfield and it is still ticking. Gonna give it to my son and purchase the orange case one. Basically I love this watch.

I bought one of these a couple of years ago & it’s the best watch for seeing the time as it’s got the bigger numerals !my g shock 5610u is great but with my eye sight the w96h is the best !

It doesn’t have a vibrate feature. If you are after a watch with a vibrating alarm then check out the Casio W-735H. It’s a bit bigger and a bit more expensive than the watch featured in this video but it does have a vibrating alarm. Hope it helps! Cheers, Tony - WTA

Hi there, I don't think that there is a full factory reset option contained within the modes of the Casio W-96H. Personally I would amend the time, date and alarm to suit my needs as illustrated in the video. All I can suggest you do is to have a look at some other videos regarding the Casio W-96H, where they are replacing the battery. The reason why I mention this is that when I have replaced a battery on a couple of Casios I have owned in the past I have had to use some metal tweezers to touch some contact points that are on the inside of the watch near the battery that act as a module reset. Not sure if this may help but it is the only possible solution I can think of. See how you get on. Cheers, Tony - WTA
@@wetryanythingchannel Thank you for the kind information. My w96h is working nonstop 7 years, i just changed the strap 2 times, it really have a super battery backup. It is an amazing watch with extraordinary battery life.
You would have to remove the battery to power it off as digital watches of this type tend to not have this feature. The alternative would be to go for a Tough Solar Casio where they have a low-power feature, where the watch is still counting the time but doesn't show it on its digital display, but that only happens if it cant detect sunlight ie if the watch is in a drawer etc. Hope it helps! Does this watch vibrate when the alarm goes off!!??
