David Goggins saved my Life. Before January 13th I was suffering from severe Depression, Drug and Alcohol Addiction and weighing 300 pounds obese male and I had hit rock bottom. I was suffering tremendously and I had to make a choice. I started exercising everyday day left social medi for good and slowly started getting better. Today it is June 18th 2024 and I went from being 300 pounds to 239 pounds in six months. Haven't missed a single day of exercising and the most important part is that I no longer Suffer from depression. David Goggins is the true answer to everyone's self doubt and sickness. I'm pretty skeptical of this side of youtube, most motivation content I see is just compilations of fictional movie characters with banal meaningless quotes... but this video made me get up and do squats, which I despise and haven't done in months. Maybe that's a small step, but the first step is the only real obstacle. To all who read, stay focused and have an objective. Believe wholeheartedly that you can change.
The only way I can win is if my bank account is loaded 😢 I want to buy a small bit of land and have a small custom house built on it, but with all this inflation, insane land prices and high income tax in Canada it will never happen. I suppose I wasn't meant to achieve it.
Only fear I have David- of ongoing war. I am God bless in US.. my friends there, my family memembers there…I know- I can’t change the World. I help them as much as I can from here. Most 15 year olds don't know what to do with their life's, it's not bad not to know. Time will show you, be patient and be truthful. Don't jump into anything that doesn't resonate with you. Find what excites you, what fills you with passion and most of all don't take life to seriously. Follow your heart but take your brain with you

Chase your dreams and passion you have the opportunity and free time right now , I’m assuming school is what takes up most of your time right now and I’m assuming you don’t have bills , so just enjoy that freedom you have at the moment and try to make something big out of your dreams !
