  • Cerebellar Ataxia brings about challenges such as a lack of control over muscles and gait, among other effects.
In navigating this condition, I require support to maintain my balance, and yes, I do stumble, but I unfailingly rise again and resume my journey. This embodies a philosophy of living - facing adversities head-on and refusing to let the limitations of one's health or circumstances overshadow the unwavering determination to achieve success.
Even though my walk may not follow a straight line, I continue to walk with pride. Embracing my struggle has become a source of strength, and I hope that you, too, find pride in overcoming challenges. Life is a journey filled with twists and turns, and it's in our persistent efforts to move forward, despite stumbling blocks, that we discover the true essence of living with resilience and courage.

My mom got Paraneoplastic cerebellum degeneration caused by cancer and within 2 months lost her walking and speech besides being diagnosed with cancer. She has gone through hell and is just now coming to terms with her situation. Does therapy twice a day and we see a light at the end of a long tunnel.. It's a long fight and a test of tenacity... I have shown her your videos and it surely inspired her.. Having a purpose in life pushes us daily... Keep at it and tc. Thanks for making these videos...

I was 9 when I was diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia. I was in absolute denial initially, being one of the more popular girls in school - I was good in academics, was a sportsperson, a gymnast, and a dancer. This made no sense to me then. Then the denial changed into gradual acceptance. I turned towards spirituality and finding answers within. I found peace in Reiki, and meditation.
The body and coordination succumbed to Ataxia gradually; I could do many of my daily activities without assistance for a long time. Then it gradually set in.
I completed my education in the US and then moved to India a few years ago.
I work in India and continue with my therapy.
