Great question. You will get these 2 mesh STLs if you just overlay or align 2 files and believe it became 1 mesh. You can still export it that way but you cannot make a model out of it.

Can you please help on how to make model with dies either removable or extra for veneers and inlay/onlay, most of the time I get the error: Segmenting the tooth failed, try to correct the marked area or adjust the margin. Some cases Exocad can never create the die margin due to the fact the prep for the teeth are very minimal and not separated. Can send you sample files if you like. Many thanks
