As a citizen of Serbia i am profoundly ashamed of the crimes done in my name in 1999 but also altogether from 1989 to Albanians in Kosovo. I feel deeply sorry. There is no excuse for this cruel notorious inhuman crime - thank you that you have made this film, it should be seen by everybody in Europe including all the citizens of Serbia. I send my solidarity and empathy for the family. lm

As a woman with a serbian name i go often to Kosova and listen to the war stories of Albanian women, i choose to know what happened to all of you. thank you for writing your story. you have all the reasons to hate, even though there were activists in belgrade who were fiercely protesting the fascist politics of serbian regime.
+Ella Jane they did this because they wanted Kosovo to be in Serbia, but they couldn't do that cause Kosovo is ALBANIA. Thats why serbians always leave comments on youtube videos saying "Kosovo is Serbia".

This movie touches me so hard and I am deeply sorry about all of the victims of the war. Rest in Peace, my 16 family members who were slaughter mercilessly. Never forget.
I was in one of those "Kolona" back then. Truly captures the feeling of dread and hopelessness we felt in those days. In our case, they 'just' took our cars and money but didn't kill us, others fared considerably worse.
We were forced to continue the journey on the back of a tractor that was filled with people all the way to Albania. I remember my little dog chasing the tractor for a few kilometers before he finally had to give up. Tough times.
This is a really good emotional short film! And it ist like based on the truth. I had to cry

@@magdalena5222 look, sometimes we don’t need to watch movies to know what happened, it is enough if you look at the numbers of Albanians who were killed from 1980 and before until 1999 and compare them to the Serb ones. When you do that, look also at the ages of the victims and the gender. On the Albania side there are thousands of killed children, baby’s, women, elderly, on the side of Serbs the number is 1/15 of the killed Albanians and 99% were men in middle age, soldiers or paramilitary forces. So you can make movies how much you want to, the truth is shown in the facts that those numbers are giving to us.

I would do the same, because. My own Son is my son, even tho it’s sad, how fucked up would it be to have your nephew killed which isn’t even your child. It’s crazy, but that’s what I think is right to do.
