Lebkuchen Thermomix Recipe - Christmas biscuits from Normiberg

Prepare #lebkuchen with the #bimby too! They are German #Christmascookies typical of the city of Nuremberg. In our house they have always been loved desserts. Every now and then we bought them directly in Nuremberg, where they are sold in beautiful tin boxes... But do you want to make them at home? This is why I asked my friend Kerstin (who has lived in Rome for many years but is from Nuremberg) to teach me her family's traditional recipe!!
