@@zaskiiaLee it’s not that it was difficult, there were questions that were not covered with the education. The most important is to know the additives in the tubes, and what they are for. Like how can we know all that? Good luck!
I’m starting my phlebotomy program in 5 days & will be done in 15 weeks! I got 5 correct, I wanna come back to this video when I’m close to being done with my program & see how many I get correct!
Verbal wise, if they are verbally telling you no and you do it anyway, its assault. Battery, there is no verbal warning. Thats why if someone touches you inappropriately, after youve told them no and not to touch you, its considered assault. If someone comes up out of no where and hits you, thats battery.
@@akemi86 "Verbal wise"... How about legal wise. This is obviously a matter of simple battery. Your statement is false. Please don't spread incorrect information.
@@JoeMama-vj8es actually, legal wise its also considered battery. Not false information, im a nationally certified phlebotomist. We went over it a lot in class. It can be considered either assault and battery, or battery because there is no verbal warning. Same goes with legal wise. And if you actually READ my reply to the original commentator, i was pointing out the difference in how to distinguish the two, like they had asked.

Why is drawing blood from a patient without permission considered assault? I thought it was battery. Could you distinguish between the two?

It would be simple battery. Assault would be for example "I am going to jab this 14 gauge needle in your neck whether you like it or not".
