    Thank you for your guidance and encouragement. I am a new boat owner with a low hours KAD-32. Unfortunately,
    the maintenance history is quite poor. I plan to service the heat exchanger, oil cooler and after cooler. Your videos have afforded me some needed confidence to perform the work myself. Tusen takk!

    Hi svend.. Thank you for your videos.. I have the same engine and have discovered a fuel leak from the lift pump.. I'm looking forward to this part of your overhaul to see if you talk about the lift pump and show its removal etc!

    838928 is the part number for the square headed plug/zinc/anode. Don't think that was ever shown.

    Before un-mating pieces...might be useful to make a WITNESS LINE ...ACROSS the mating parts.
    Then...there will be NO QUESTION as to HOW they RE-ATTACH.

    Svend is there any plans to do front and rear main crankshaft seals or is this a simple thing to figure out ?

      On my boat I had a seal fail on the outdrive and this allowed seawater to get inside the flywheel housing. This in turn caused the rear oil seal to get damaged by the rotating rusty crankshaft. For me it mea t engine out, then a Skf speedysleeve install. I have yet to install the sleeve but am told the end of the crank must be cleaned of debris before installing the sleeve. I will do my best to video the install, but it won't be as polished a production as these fine videos. The sleeve is due to arrive in 1 weeks time. Hope it helps someone.

    Hi there,
    Can you please tell me the pressure setting of injectors? Thoses working for bosh tells 240 bar, thoses working for volvo penta tells 260,
    I tried 240 bar, the engine smokes a lot, i find gasoil in the surface of the sea after running the engine.
    I did not try 260 bar yet,
    I m realy confised
