This time I'm a little dissatisfied with the video of "The Time Machine" which mainly showed victims of the American warfare but no victims of the communists. But maybe my accusation is unjustified, because there are hardly any photos of the victims of the communists. Because the communists don't have a free press that could report about that and therefore there are hardly any negative photos regarding the communist warfare. In any case, it is unfortunately still the case, even in the West, the prevailing opinion is that the Americans were the bad guys in the Vietnam War. This is the consequence of the actual defeat of the Americans who lost the propaganda war. Including the untrue propaganda claim that American troops were defeated in Vietnam, which is still believed by the majority of the world today. Because the Americans only lost the propaganda war and not the Vietnam War as such. The communist North Vietnamese did not defeat the Americans because the American army left South Vietnam for political reasons. That was indeed an undefeated armies leaving. This was not a shattered army that had to flee. The Americans were actually strong enough to continue the war for years, but that was impossible for political reasons. It is obvious that the Americans withdrew from Vietnam mainly for domestic reasons. The left wing protest, in solidarity with the communists, was so successful in the USA that it won the propaganda battle. So the majority of the US population was against continuing the fight against the communists in Vietnam. The US government knew that continuing fighting in Vietnam would prevent success in the next elections. Such people in the West who demonstrated for the communists and pursued anti-Western policies Lenin the leader of the communists called "useful fools", which is a very apt description. But he uses the stronger term with the letter "I" at the beginning, which I can't use because of the censorship. The term ("Id") fool is very appropriate because these ("Id") fools really wanted the communists to win and force South Vietnam to communism, including red terroers. They were on the side of the communists mass murderers. These fools ("Id") lived in democracy and wanted communism for South Vietnam and protested for it. At the same time we Polanders in Poland forced into communism by the Soviets fought against the communists. When these fools ("Id") marched for communism, Poland was marching for democracy. In 1968 there were also marches in Poland but for democracy! It was a series of major student, intellectual and other protests against the Soviet henchmen who have mastered Poland. The crisis led to the suppression of student strikes by security forces in all major academic centres across the country and the subsequent repression of the Polish dissident movement.
Yes, it is true that the American army also committed crimes in this war. But since the Americans lost the propaganda war, the various massacres against civilians by the communists are not reported, but on the other hand it is always reported and reminded only the one Mỹ Lai massacre committed by American soldiers. Which, by the way, was not part of American policy and did not correspond to the will of the American General Staff, because they did not want their soldiers to commit crimes. It was different with the communists, where terroer was always used to gain power. The video also showed victims of the American bombing BUT...in any case, trying to end this war by bombing North Vietnamese cities was not a crime and it was not a mistake. Because the communists attacked civilians first with bombings against civilians. In addition, the population of a country waging aggressive war must be aware that they too can be hit and must suffer. Because suffering from the bombings was a result of this population's tolerance of a criminal government. Nations are responsible for their governments and their actions. These are not innocent children. So it wasn't a crime to try with bombing to force the Germans and Japanese to peace, just as it was not a crime to try with bombing to force North Vietnam to stop attacking South Vietnam. The Germans and Japanese, as well as the North Vietnamese, could have ended the bombardment immediately by stopping the fighting. They were responsible for their own bombing through their own aggression.
By the way, South Vietnam was also supported by Australia, New Zealand and South Korea but nobody blames them for this war but only the Americans are branded as the alleged aggressors. The Americans are also branded for using a defoliant so-called Agent Orange. The Americans used the defoliant to destroy the leaves of the jungle in which the communist soldiers were hiding. It was not known at the time that the defoliant was harmful to health, because the defoliant was also used in the USA. This defoliant was produced in the United States from the late 1940s and was used in industrial agriculture, and was also sprayed along railroads and power lines to control undergrowth in forests. That was a time when chemicals were used very unmindful without people realizing that many chemicals are harmful to health. This was especially true for the military worldwide not only in the USA. Many chemicals that later turned out to be harmful to health were thoughtlessly used by the military around the world. Such as DDT which has been used on a large scale by the military worldwide for sanitizing to control insects and pathogens. There have also been DDT spraying campaigns around the world where the chemical was sprayed from planes over towns and even sprayed directly on people in the streets. Then it turned out that DDT was carcinogenic and it was banned. By the way, Agent Orange was first used by the British Armed Forces in Malaya during the Anti-British National Liberation War but the british use the chemical to destroy crops. Because unlike the Americans in Vietnam, they really waged a criminal war. The British attempted to starve resistance movement and its supporters in the population using scorched earth policies through food rationing, killing livestock, and aerial spraying of the herbicide Agent Orange. British attempts to defeat the communists included extrajudicial killings of unarmed villagers, in violation of the Geneva Conventions. The most infamous example is the Batang Kali massacre. There were really many camps set up to imprison suspects so many people were imprisoned because the British believed that they were supporting the communists. However, the British probably did not lose the propaganda war like the Americans, because these crimes are not actually reported. But the Americans lost the propaganda war, which is why people keep pointing fingers at them and defamed them as evil criminals. In addition they are then denigrated as the evil napalm burners. Amusingly, Americans are not accused of using napalm in WWII because probably burning bad Nazis is okay. But the US military have also inadvertently killed civilians with napalm. But since they lost the propaganda war, it's unintentionally reversed to intentionally and it's pretended that the Americans did it on purpose. Those allegedly evil napalm terrorists. So by losing the propaganda war one becomes agent oOrange and naplam killer!
It is also worth noting that a democracy a democracy was in the making. That was a right-wing dictatorship in transition to democracy! So there was a South Vietnamese presidential election in the middle of the war in 1967 and 1971. This were far from clean elections! But that's not surprising, because that's not uncommon in democracies in the making. I could tell stories from US elections in the 19th century where vote rigging was not uncommon either. Nevertheless, the USA has developed into a functioning democracy. That would not have been different in South Vietnam! South Vietnam would have developed into a functioning democracy like South Korea had it not been for the devastating victory of the communists. South Vietnam would also be as economically successful as South Korea, but instead they now have a corrupt dictaur due to the victory of the communists. Such a dictatorship is not positive for the economic development of a country. A democratic South Vietnam would be much more prosperous today. So only fools believe that the righteous side won in the Vietnam War.
By the way, the Montagnards indigenous peoples of the Central Highlands of Vietnam featured in the video were also terrorized by the communists for their support of the Americans. For example iIn 1967, the Viet Cong killed 252 Montagnard in the village of Đắk Sơn, in revenge for the Montagnard's support and allegiance with South Vietnam. After the communist victory, many Montagnards were murdered and expelled. By the way, there were mass demonstrations and protests during 2001 and 2004 by Montagnards against the communist government. The protests were violently crushed by the dictatorial government. The leaders of the protests were arrested. So the western left wingers joy of the dictatorship in Vietnam who are happy that the communists conquered South Vietnamcan visit them in prison and also meet other imprisoned dissidents there and tell them how great it is that the communists were able to conquer South Vietnam. These fools!
    I'll continue the comment below!

In any case, only one country lost this war and that was South Vietnam, which was forced into Communism by this defeat. The Americans also lost the propaganda war because today most people around the world believe that the Americans were the culprits in this war. But the opposite is true, because the communists started this war and wanted to conquer South Vietnam and force it into communism. The Americans neither started the war nor attempted to conquer North Vietnam. This was a defensive war by South Vietnam and the American allies against the expansion of harmful Communism. The South Vietnam War started with infiltrating troops from North Vietnam! The communists from North Vietnam provoked a civil war in South Vietnam to ultimately establish a communist regime in South Vietnam. The communists were the aggressors! The Americans then allied themselves with South Vietnam and tried to fend off the communists. Unfortunately unsuccessful, so that the communists won and after the victory they murdered hundreds of thousands in the Red Terror. People who had previously supported the Government of the Republic of Vietnam were sent to re-education camps. About 165,000 died in the re-education camps, thousands were tortured or raped to death by their guards. In addition, there are about 50,000 who perished as a result of forced labor in the "New Economic Zones". On land, however, Vietnam was surrounded only by states that were hardly suitable as a refuge. Because Vietnam has been surrounded by communist states. (Cambodia, Laos, People's Republic of China). This was the reason why more than 1.6 million Vietnamese tried to escape abroad by boat across the South China Sea (Vietnamese: "Eastern Sea"). These people were called Boat People. Many also died fleeing at sea and many also fled to the USA.
