Thanks for the tips. I use a small flat nose pliers to press the paint up from the bottom of the tube to get every bit of the paint. Love your tutorials!!!
Here in North America we have Dollarama or Dollar stores where you get things cheap and you can find a deviled egg dish which works well as a palette !
Hi Jan, yes, we as you may know get the pound shop version of your dollar stores over there. I love going around and seeing what tat.....errm no.......quality goods I can find! Actually, you can get some good bargains! Paul 🎨
I prefer using white terry cloth shop towels that are a bit larger than a wash rag/face cloth to wipe my brushes on. They are eco friendly as they are washable and reusable. I just wait until I have quite a few dirty ones and wash by themselves. A package of them at someplace like Costco has a lot in it and will last a long time.
If you go to a beauty shop you can pay less than a dollar for a pipeit. I also use a very small pair of embroidery sissors as you use the nail clippers. I also use old towels instead of paper towels. For skies, I use Kleenex because sometimes the print shows up on the painting. Thanks for the tips sir! You’re an exceptional artist.
Instead of nail clippers, I've always used a sharp pair of scissors. Kinda hard to describe how I use them, but will try. I have the scissors parallel to the brush, pointy end facing away from me. Then use the scissors to cut those stray hairs.

Perfect art! So beautiful. I love your video. Thank you for sharing. I support you. My friend.
I use a puppy training pad under my water jars and pallet saving a place to dab my brushes
That's a very good idea, thank you for sharing it Beth. Paul :-)
LOL We use paper towels for the dog's indoor potty!
These are the kind of things we don’t learn in class. I’m getting a nail clipper for my studio. Thank you!

Thank you Jeanne, that's a really good idea. I do use tea-towel underneath my kitchen roll to help as well. Paul 🎨

Hi Awenda, thank you as well for your excellent ideas. I do have a t-towel underneath my folded pieces of kitchen roll which does help as well. Paul 🎨
