If you had zoomed in with your phone camera, a majority of the screen would have captured more detail.

Well at 40x you can see it but it only looks like dirt. So with 60x (which is what this is) you can see it. So it’s probably worth the money.

@@hypiransio4451 I'm not convinced that true magnification of this microscope is 60x. I expected the letters at 2:21 to appear much larger than they did in the video. The true optical magnification appears more like around 6x. However, the microscope may not have been zoomed in considering 2:38. I also wanted to see the other extreme of magnification, but @OSReviews returned the barrel inwards almost to where it was initially after he had moved it outwards by what seemed like 1 cm.
