omg thank youuu i’m working on a sweater without a pattern and now i’m not stuck on the neckline. was so confused abt the trim with squares, thank uuuuu
I love this tutorial! It has made learning how to do granny squares so much easier! The only problem I'm running into is that my middle portion of my granny squares has a large hole/circle. Like the center of my granny square is not tight and closed like yours. Any tips??
Hi so I always run in to this problem where my projects don’t end up fitting me :(. Do you think this project will fit a size M/L. Should I make the squares larger like 5x5? I don’t want to mess with the shape either 😭. Also thank you for this tutorial🖤
If you make the squares larger, you shouldn't ruin the shape of the sweater! I would recommend taking you body measurements (arm length, waist, bust) and compare it to the sweater and larger squares. For example, the sweater is 10 squares around the bust - so make sure whatever size square you make, the width of that square times 10 is about 1 - 4" larger than your bust measurement - hope this helps!!
@@strawberryb heyy.. so mine turned out to be 2x2, does that mean that i need double the granny squares that you used? will it still turn out the same?
@@ajlinsinani2626 I'd recommend making all the squares then lay then out in the shape of the sweater to judge the size. You can always make more squares to get the right fit!!
I would say it's a US size S. You can always adjust the size by doing an extra round for each granny square or modify the layout of the squares to add to take away squares in certain areas (so modify the part at 17:20)
You can modify the size of the sweater by adjusting the number of rounds you make per square, or choosing a smaller weight yarn and hook. I would recommend using body measurements to guide you as you make the sweater!
@@strawberryb what i mean to say is that shes following your video and wanted to know if there is a tutorial of you crocheting it in different sizes so she can copy the video as her sister wanted my wife to make one
she’s wearing those long nails and still manages to crochet that well. i for one think it’s very impressive and she is literally saying EVERY. SINGLE. THING. she is doing so not really sure what you’re having a problem with. if you don’t know how to do a double crochet or some of the stitches (which is the only reason i can think why you wouldn’t be able to see what she’s doing) this isn’t the video to learn it. she put all this time into making this AMAZING video for us to teach us. her nails should be the least of your worries
FANTASTIC COLORS AND AWESOME JOB !!!!!❤

hi tysm for making this tutorial😵💗💐💌!! but how do you wash the sweater? do you put it in the washing machine or any other way to clean the sweater?
I always recommend hand washing in warm water and using regular detergent. And to dry, lay flat and air dry!
Bellissimo ❤
Omg thank u

Lion brand has a chart that shows you how much yarn you need for each type of project.
Hi queen! Can you please link a tut for how you made the partial Granny squares by the neckline? Thanks!
I made it up myself and explain it in this video! I’m not sure if there’s another tutorial out there for it

for me it was the noise the nails were making against the hook. great tutorial but the noise is aggravating
