Go and bring Jesus miracle for us to see, if his miracles couldn't convince his people till today that they rejected him, then, those miracles he did have expired, with us, we a miraculous book that will remain forever for all generations to come till the end of the world, who your over 2000years of Jesus miracles help? The reason Jesus said it "only wicked and adulterous generations seek after signs", with all the miracles your men of god are claiming to perform, what good life do you see in Africa? Poverty, so your miracles are useless. I hope that sinks to your brain?

Actually prophet Muhamad also perform other merical beside the quran. But just like the merical of other prophet we can only hear about the merical and do not witnes it. But quran is the only merical that we can see, hear and read.
