We will never again complain about how much time and effort monthly food hauls take for our family of *two* at Sam's Club. Lol! Y'all take the prize. 😂
The amount of food it takes for your family right now, I can’t imagine how much it will take when the boys are all teenagers. Love your videos. You guys have a wonderful family.
Your content is unique. Nothing like it on UA-cam. Can easily imagine your subs numbers exceeding 100,000. For viewers who have less than a handful of kids, we just cannot imagine the logistics of everything thing your family does. Love the story of the single-file line by height navigating the busy amusement park.
Thank you for showing this part of your guys’ lives. It’s always so fascinating to me how you guys manages all of it. I know you showed your home school curriculum but I think it would be a fun video to see how it’s all managed while all kids are doing school for one day.
Yes, avocados are hard when we buy them. Leave them out until they barely start to soften, then put them in the refrigerator to slow down the ripening process.
Does your Sam’s have scan and go? It’s awesome! Scan while you shop, skip the lines, skip moving all the groceries to the belt, then back in the cart. Just scan, pay, and walk to the door! It saves so much time!
Love your story and how you met. My husband died of colon cancer at 60 years old 24 years ago. We both came from large families, his 16 and I from13. We were both raised on a farm so we grew large vegetable gardens, planted some fruit trees, had a raspberry and strawberry patch, picked wild blueberries and saskatoons, made some jellies and jams, also homemade pancake syrup. We also canned vegetables and fruits before we own a deepfreeze. We raised our own chickens, eggs from the chickens, milk cows and pork, all organic. We made our own butter, cottage cheese and baked many loaves of bread per week. We sewed our own clothes, cloth diapers etc. The milk was separated. We kept the unpasterized milk for drinking, our cream and sold the extra cream at the creamery to buy 100 lbs of sugar and 100 lbs of flour. Our family laundry was done in a ringer washerr. The clothes was hung out on clothesline to dry.
Our 3 youngest boys were 3, 2 & 2 when the family was all putting our groceries away. My husband (who has since passed away) and I caught them grabbing all the newly bought carrots from the bag and putting them all straight in the trash. Our children really like most vegetable, but these three have always hated carrots. I then remembered a time when I knew I had purchased carrots but couldn't find them anywhere so they obviously had used that trick before. 😂😂
I have been following the dietary information shared by Anthony Williams for years with the best success of anything else I have tried. Blessings on your journey!
Just found your channel. Family of 7 in a food desert as well. We are 2.5 hours away from our costco. We go every other month and just make it a big field trip! Thanks for sharing!
What in heavens name do you guys do for a living? How in the world do you afford to feed all of those kids these healthy meals! Let alone having to prepare everything! I would get to the point I would absolutely hate to go into the kitchen! I will pray for you and your family!❤❤❤❤
Cooking homemade and using simple ingredients is way healthier it's when you buy all the box and bag in all those mixes when it's unhealthy and more expensive
Thanks for sharing! We have 11 children, so I feel you on the big grocery haul 😃 Club pick up has become my friend. We also dabble in an animal based diet.
Check out Zach Bates cooking ideas. He Is 34 and the oldest who comes from a family of 19 kids. His Dad is a Baptist Pastor. Zack Bates passes on his family recipes on UA-cam. His family macaroni and cheese is AMAZING. The Bates family had been on UPTV for several years and are well known among Christians.
I live 5 minutes away from the Bates family. I’ve had the privilege to watch them grow up and marry and now have their own families. Gil and Kelly Bates are great Christian people and have done a wonderful job raising their 19 children. I love the Bates family ❤️
Thanks for the info on the beef tenderloin. I will definitely get one for the Christmas holidays. I am also getting the large beef brisket. I have a recipe that I got when we lived in Texas many years ago that we enjoy. I need to know how you make your pork carnitas. I enjoy your videos.
I love how realistic you both are! Yes, ideally we would all love to be 100% all in to whatever way we choose to eat, But just because we can’t , we still try to do our best. Plus, you are laying the foundation for healthy, eating habits for your children.Much love and blessings to you and your beautiful family💜
Yall should watch Our tribe of many. They have a family the same size and are very strong Christians. And she does monthly shopping hauls on a budget. It’s very helpful.
I love the healthy eating tips, and no seed oils! I use butter and ghee. I avoid dyes, gluten due to celiac disease. Crazy how toxins are allowed in our foods. Love your videos and updates! 🙏❤️🇺🇸
I went to Kroger last week and with one cart I spent $608. In our part of the country if you go to Kroger after 8 PM, you can get all the markdown meat for a fraction of the cost which we do and then we immediately freeze it. #familyof11
Thank you for this haul! I have a family of 8 and my husband is gong crazy everytime we grocery Shop! But I do want to suggest something that helps us pay less. We order curbside weekly and we spend less than going inside the store. ❤GOD BLESS!
I live in Arizona and the Avocado growers say too freeze them and take them out a half hour before you want to eat/use them run uner warm water and wait 30 minutes and then use as you normally would I have tried it and it does work.
What a wonderful video I loved watching this this was the first video I’ve seen on your channel but it definitely will not be the last I love your channel and content
Have you guys seen that grocery commodity that you order and then meet up with them at a date and load your groceries? They have lots of "raw milk" cheeses and just good ingredients. Azure Standard is what I think it is called.
Do you all have containers stackable containers so that when you go shopping you can just put them in your van and then when you get finished you can stack them up or they go up under the seat? Just an idea and it'll help you out a little bit
Excited to hear all about your Carnivore journey…with fruit😊 My husband and I are 5 weeks Carnivore now with some berries and Romaine or asparagus occasionally, like once a week. We are feeling amazing and inflammation is way down! I could say so much about it but I would love to hear more about your new journey and how it is going with the fruit add in.
Ya'll should get about 50 laying hens and 3 roosters let one or 2 hens go broody once a year (to replace any that might not live throughout the year, and collect the eggs from the rest. (Any roosters that hatch go into a grow out pen for processing when they're big enough. Then you have chicken and eggs.
Wow! We were a combined family with 5 kids and I would get a lot of food from Costco. This reminds me of those days. $1200 for groceries. Wowsers! Thank God for provision of jobs and so forth!!
Hey thanks for the tips on the meats & how them. I wanted to share that you can buy a healthier chocolate chips. It's the Enjoy Life brand. Not sure if Sam's has them but I know Walmart carries them. Here's the description. Semi sweet chocolate chips that are free from 14 common allergens. A couple more brands to compare are Lily's and Hu. Hope this helps.
One suggestion...(I love my bread machine and I see practically new ones at the thrift stores all the time)... maybe a great addition for your large family? Very easy and something the teens could do every morning takes about 5 minutes to do and the smell of fresh baking bread...yum.
Sam's also sells Parmigiano Reggiano which is raw too. We buy that and the Gruyere as well. We order raw cheddar from Azure, and we make our own raw mozzarella from our dairy cow. Thanks for the brisket grinding tip. Totally going to do that!
I giggled at the "oh, maybe we need these plastic and wasteful salsa cups" followed by "olive oil is better in glass, not plastic." Thank you for skipping the single use items. :-)
Agree, smell where the stem was. If it smells like cantelope, it should be nice and sweet. Holy cow, I will stop complaining about my trips grocery shopping. I can't imagine shopping or cooking for 14 on a daily basis.
I’m New and Thank you for Sharing and We are Neighbors I’m From Texas and Me and My Daughter Use To Live In Fort Smith years and years ago But my Daughter Nana still lives there
I love watching big family grocery hauls, lots of hungry kids to feed, you are eating quality food and it's great for growing kids

Thank you for the ground brisket choice.
Can't take my eyes off that super cute baby❤ thanks for sharing your shopping with us 😊
On the potatoes get them out of the bag. Place them on counter for 24 hrs flip at least once. Store in a cardboard box extends the lif.
I never knew that
The amount of food it takes for your family right now, I can’t imagine how much it will take when the boys are all teenagers. Love your videos. You guys have a wonderful family.
When your avocados hit the perfect ripeness, put them in the fridge. They stay good for a week, at least.
Baby girl is getting big!
Yes she is!

Wow, thank you for that and for following our journey. We are glad you are here!
scratch and sniff the vine part of the melon to smell for freshness, to keep avacados from ripening to fast store in the refrigerator.
Thank you for showing this part of your guys’ lives. It’s always so fascinating to me how you guys manages all of it. I know you showed your home school curriculum but I think it would be a fun video to see how it’s all managed while all kids are doing school for one day.

I wondered how much is your Total outgoing on food every month .
You two are so amazing just love your vlogs xxx
I leave cantelopes sitting on the counter for about 3 days. Then, I cut them, and refrigerate because we like ours cold.
What in heavens name do you guys do for a living? How in the world do you afford to feed all of those kids these healthy meals! Let alone having to prepare everything! I would get to the point I would absolutely hate to go into the kitchen! I will pray for you and your family!❤❤❤❤

Have you ever considered on buying a whole beef or pig? That way you can get it the way you want and you know what's in it.
Purchase a beef cow up front and get it packaged any way you want. Much cheaper then store bought.
OMGOODNESS!! How many freezers and refrigerators do you guys have???
3 deep freezers and two refrigerators (so far) ;)
Love this content and love the way you seem both so chill about everything and just enjoying life ❤
Thanks. God is good. We are tired every night, but it’s a good kind of tired! Appreciate you being here.
Thanks for sharing! We have 11 children, so I feel you on the big grocery haul 😃 Club pick up has become my friend. We also dabble in an animal based diet.

I buy the frozen patties at sams in the blue package. Clean and no added ingredients.

When Trump wins, Bobby Kennedy will clean up all our food and make our food healthy again!
@@mindypatriotangel6064 That's what I'm hoping! I love RFK, Jr....which is why I voted for Trump/Vance.
We love scan and go at Sams! Have you tried that? It might be helpful with your big hauls!! 😃
Tip for buying at Sam's Club is if you buy a whole case they will give you a discount. Some stores require advance notice so definately ask.
I love those food containers! I use them for some of my flours and oatmeal kitchen storage.
You guys seem such positive and pleasant people. Can’t imagine how you manage a large family. I can barely keep up with 2 kids 😅.
With the Lord’s help!

Loved this video! Can’t wait for more 😊
Who watches the kids when you go grocery shopping? I’m wondering if you have extended family who live with you, or close by?

the softer the button of the cantalope the riper it is and if you smell them they should smell sweet. not to sweet but sweet.

Noticed you purchased peppercorn w/grinder . I found its cheaper to buy peppercorns and use a refillable grinder .

I did not know about the multi sourced oils. Id love recipes. Please tell us more about your eating plan..
Hello , Love your content !!New Subscriber Here !
Awe! So nice you guys doing carnivore! Next video, what you eat in a day
Good idea
You should look into purchasing a whole cow and pig! So much cheaper in the end ❤️
We watch Dr. Berg.
Family of 9 ,7 kids ( boys)
God bless ❤
Love Dr. Berg. Thanks for watching.
Go carnivore 🎉
If you smell the stem end of a cantaloupe, it will taste just like it smells! I always do it and it’s never been wrong!
I loved the shopping video I hope you do more of them.
Thank you! Will do!

Impressive!! Sorry I missed - how long does this amount of food last?
A week and a half to two weeks. With a couple of trips to Walmart on the side.
Good Sunday morning y'all
Good morning!
Cantaloupe picking down south in Mississippi I always smell mine.
This my first time watching. Curious if there's a local farm near you where you buy a half or whole cow at a better price.
New subscriber from AZ
Welcome!!
To get good cantaloupe push on the bottom and if it's soft it's ripe
Love you guys 😊
Would love to see some dinner vlogs or cooking vlogs.
Blessings to your family that you can provide for them but good to see you comparison shop and not put everything in your cart that you notice.
We will always shop around! It’s in my blood to find the deals!!!
Caleb
I just stumbru upon You,guys. Great video! Greetings from Eastern Europe - Latvia.
Your diet are so much different from what we are used to here... good, but just different. Thats why it is so interesting to me...
Welcome!!
Love the checking of ingredients and staying away from seed oils 🎉
I smell the cantaloupe. If there's no cantaloupe smell , there's usually no taste to it. I also look at where the stem was, I don't get if it's green.
As a Chef your Avocados keep them in a container filled with water lid on an keep in the fridge they stay fresh for weeks
you can also get them to cut the pork lions into pork chops so cheaper then buying them already cut .
Avocado oil for cooking? Which one of you decided to be on the animal based diet and plz explain what it does it do to help ones health? ty
How many fridges/freezers do you all have for storage?
Sam's also sells Parmigiano Reggiano which is raw too. We buy that and the Gruyere as well. We order raw cheddar from Azure, and we make our own raw mozzarella from our dairy cow. Thanks for the brisket grinding tip. Totally going to do that!

Great point!
For cantaloupe, smell the steam ends, the sweeter it smell thr more ripe it is
Smell the stem and if it smells like cantaloupe it good.
Smell the cantaloupe at the button where it attaches to the plant and it should smell sweet that will be a good pick .
Agree, smell where the stem was. If it smells like cantelope, it should be nice and sweet. Holy cow, I will stop complaining about my trips grocery shopping. I can't imagine shopping or cooking for 14 on a daily basis.

🎶Don't stop till you get enough 🎶while shopping 😆5:30
Love the tub of blue cheese crumbles from Sam’s
I would place all the food on the cart more carefully. Fruit in particular is easily damaged and will ripen or rot more quickly.
