Thanks but i'll pass on the "modern audience" game.
the narrative director...LOL holy shit.
Ohhhh...it's for a modern gaming audience...I'll pass. I was excited until 5:13. Thanks for warning me not to buy this.
The composer is hitting it out of the park ... the John William's esque motifs are a perfect balance between reminiscent and still totally original. As a film music snob, I am absolutely thrilled to dive into this!
5:13 right there. This game will be DOA for that if the mountain of usual bugs and bad optimization don't do the job.
Machine Games really went "let's remake Escape from Butcher Bay, but with the Indiana Jones license" and by God, I'm all for it!
Woah you're right! I was thinking of Dark Messiah, but it looks similar to Butcher Bay's immersion.
Machinegames was formed from previous developers from Starbreeze Studios in its Gold Days, and it shows here as well, especially at first-person combat, such as on 5:50.
@@yutro213 That was the exact moment for me where I thought "yep, they're really embracing their heritage". That felt *exactly* like the melee combat in Butcher Bay.
I hope Todd Howard learned something about the combat (among other things) from here for TES6. It looks so good
Ya, and don’t let his own ego get in the way
Todd and BGS can also learn a lot about first person combat from Arkane Studios.
I'd love to see some functionality from Dishonored and the older Dark Messiah of Might & Magic.
I've wanted to see Arkane's ideas and combat integrated with an Elder Scrolls game for decades.
I love TES, but BGS is so behind the times in first person gameplay and they need to step it up.
@@Metallian81 Precisely!
I want to be able to grab guard and move them before taking them out, either with a dagger or non-lethally
To look down in first person and see the body of the character I spend 30 minutes creating
@@Metallian81They ruined Youngblood.
I like how the title cards in the beginning ignored the last two Indy movies.
MachineGames is like, “Nah, we don’t talk about those things around here.” 😂
there are only 3 indy movies, 4 and 5 don't exist
There are 5 Indy movies and you should all grow up
@@BonusEggs4Sale And you should learn to take a joke. Calling everyone a child, but you’re the one going around this video starting arguments with strangers over movies. You definitely still live with your mom.
All I want is to play this game in VR.
Me too!
Considering Microsoft is killing off windows mixed reality and the Xbox doesn't have a VR ecosystem, that will never happen
@@NyteStalker89 the number of VR mods for AAA games is growing every day. There will be VR mod for this too.
5:13 OK people, its done. Theres nothing that can save this game. Go ahead and leave a dislike.
Everyone is saying its the "modern audience" part that scares them. Bro that first creature that showed thier face on camera i panicked
I hope this gets a physical release and not just gamepass/download
Everyone talking about indiana jones, but heard no one talking about quake 6 teased at 11:35
Quake 6? Please let it be so!
L release, look at the senior narrative designer
He’s probably still manlier than you
I wish they'd kept it 3rd person all the way. Or at least given the option to choose between 1st and 3rd person. I want to see Indy 100% of the time
5:12 - 😞
well, at least I got 5 minutes and 12 seconds of excitement
Fell the same
Carrying the torch for LucasArts, well done team. just wish you gave the option for 3rd person view.
Did you watch the actual trailer or just stop it after the first person bits to comment?
@@NyteStalker89they’re talking about the combat like previous Indy games and I agree.
@@NyteStalker89they said some parts will be 3rd not all
MODERN AUDIENCES LOL shout out to critical drinker!!!
Will go out of my way to pirate this just cause of how the senior narrative director looks, holy shit
"Modern Audience" means they are gonna make Indy Bisexual now or something.
Looks awesome ngl 🔥🔥🔥 Really excited to play!
