I wonder if Hardy Ford could do it, and suddenly you said "a shout out to Hardy Ford"!! I live in Marietta! So I think I will go there! Never tried them, but at least I know they fixed yours! My 2019 ford ranger blend door actuator just went out...6 hour drive with a new born, 2.5 year old and my wife in below freezing (15-20) Temps. No heat and I just hit 3500 miles so I'm shit out of luck as far as warranty. Had to stop and buy 12v heaters for drive home and blankets. In researching these trucks this seems to be occurring a lot on the 19 ranger. My truck doesn't fall under the recall and while there's a TSB on the issue not much I can do but fork out the $ or fix it myself...so far finding replacement parts hasn't been easy. Thankfully I'm a mecha in by trade and have the tools etc to fix it. Still beyond frustrating! Vehicle is unsafe to drive at this point as climate control won't keep windshield defrosted.
my 2019 Ranger is by far one of the quietest interiors I've owned for a vehicle. The only rattles I hear come from lose objects in the door cupholders when playing music at louder levels.
I am glad you understand how Warranties work!! I am a Ford tech myself and some customers want everything covered under warranty but unfortunately that's not the way it works. And the. A/C blowing hot is a common issue now days!! Can't tell you how many super dutys i have fixed
2019 ranger 38000 miles and blend door actuator went out...no heat just Luke warm air at best but not enough to defrost windshield. Going to be a fun fix I'm sure as I'm past my warranty. That's a lot of work for a simple part lol
Mine went at 19500 miles 21 months. 4 day turnaround. The bad dash was loose 2 screws laying in cup holder, Torx bit and pry tool. Warranty paid but will not go back for anything else.
It just tells you what needs done. Like the recall on the door latch repeat repair is 20S30 when i see that on an Ro i know to inspect the door latch codes and record them on the Ro
I am a Ferrari / Maserati tech, HVAC on Ferrari none really, Maserati on the other hand the evaporator in the HVAC unit has to be changed quite often in a hotter climate.
My ranger 2016 model problem sometimes my A/c is cool but seldom sometime is fan only its 39km odo what is the problem the ranger dealer canot seen the problem

Just got mine back, same issue, hats off to New South Ford Meridian Mississippi. I Can't find any issues. Thanks for the video.

The 20S12 is the TSB/SSM/Recall number all depends on how far along its progressed in turning into a recall

Personally havent had any rangers in our dealership with issues so im not familiar with the 20S12

Sadly my 2019 Ranger Raptor starts blowing how air. Freon, relays, filters and others are within par. But the compressor wont kick in.
